Account Registration and Security

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Service Provisioning
We agree to provide you with the hosting services selected during your account registration or any subsequent service upgrade. The specific features and limitations of your selected service will be outlined in your service plan. We strive to ensure continuous service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and services may be subject to maintenance, updates, or outages.
Reseller Hosting
As a reseller, you are permitted to sell our hosting services to your own customers. You must provide accurate and professional support to your clients and may not present yourself as our agent or representative. All resellers are required to adhere to our Reseller Agreement, which includes provisions on pricing, branding, and client management. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your reseller privileges.
Web Hosting and Business Hosting
Our web hosting services are designed for the hosting of websites, blogs, and other online content. Business hosting offers additional resources and support, ideal for commercial websites that experience higher traffic and resource demands.
Resource usage, including bandwidth and storage, must remain within the limits specified by your hosting plan. Excessive use of resources that negatively impacts the performance of our servers or other clients may result in temporary service suspension, reduction of resources, or additional charges.
Cloud Hosting
Cloud hosting provides a flexible and scalable environment to meet your growing business needs. Our cloud infrastructure is designed to offer high availability and reliability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to the inherent complexities of cloud computing.
You may adjust your resource allocation, such as CPU, memory, and storage, based on your requirements. Resource allocation is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or adjust resources to maintain service stability.
VPS Hosting
VPS hosting offers you a virtualized server environment with dedicated resources. You are responsible for managing the software, applications, and security within your VPS environment.
While we provide basic support for VPS hosting, including hardware and network maintenance, we are not responsible for software-related issues or configurations. We recommend regular backups and updates to ensure the security and stability of your VPS.
Dedicated Server
A dedicated server offers you full control over a physical server, with no shared resources. This service is ideal for high-traffic websites, applications, or businesses requiring enhanced security and performance.
You are responsible for the management, security, and maintenance of your dedicated server. We provide hardware support and monitoring but are not liable for software-related issues unless you have purchased a managed services plan. It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups and ensure your server complies with our Acceptable Use privacy_policy
Payment and Billing
All services are provided on a subscription basis, with payment due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided at least 30 days prior to the change. Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice according to your jurisdiction.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your account portal or contacting our support team. Refunds are available for new customers within the first 30 days of service, excluding any domain registration fees or other non-refundable services.
No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds for prepaid services beyond the initial 30-day period will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages.
Malicious Behavior: Uploading, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
Resource Abuse: Using excessive server resources in a manner that disrupts the performance of our services or impacts other clients.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
